This website is run by MJDesigns, a web design and digital marketing business in Centurion, Gauteng. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Every project is agreed in writing before work starts. The written quote or agreement sets out the scope, price, payment terms, timeline and number of revisions for that project, and it takes priority over anything on this website. Timeframes mentioned on this site, such as “under two weeks”, describe typical projects and are not a guarantee for any specific job.

You are responsible for making sure that any text, images, logos and other material you give us for your project belong to you or that you have permission to use them. You keep ownership of your own content.

Unless the written agreement for your project says otherwise, ownership of the final website design and content passes to you once the project has been paid in full. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio, including on this website, unless you ask us not to.

Where we arrange hosting, domains, payment gateways or other third-party services for you, those services are also governed by the provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers, but we will help you resolve them.

We work to improve your visibility, enquiries and sales, but search rankings, ad performance and social media results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.

The content, design and code of this website belong to MJDesigns and may not be copied without permission. Screenshots of client websites are shown as examples of our work, and those websites remain the property of their owners. We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

This site links to client websites and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
