This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancelling MJDesigns monthly website services.

1. Minimum Commitment

All website subscription packages require a minimum 12-month commitment from the start date.

This ensures the cost of:

• Website design
• Setup
• Domain registration
• Initial configuration

is recovered.

2. Cancellation After Minimum Term

After the 12-month period:

• Clients may cancel at any time
• A 30-day written notice is required
• Services continue during the notice period

3. Early Cancellation

If a client cancels before the 12-month term:
One of the following will apply:

• Remaining months must be paid, OR
• A once-off early cancellation fee may apply

4. Non-Payment Cancellation

If payment is not received:

• Website may be suspended after 7 days
• Website may be taken offline after 14 days
• Services may be cancelled after 30 days

Reactivation may require a setup fee.

5. Domain Name on Cancellation

If service is cancelled:

• Domain transfer may be requested
• Transfer may be subject to administration fee
• Domain remains active only if subscription is paid

6. Website Files on Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

• Website remains property of MJDesigns until minimum term completed
• After minimum term, transfer options may be discussed
• Migration fees may apply

7. Refunds

Monthly fees are non-refundable once billed.

9. MJDesigns Right to Cancel

MJDesigns reserves the right to cancel services if:

• Terms are violated
• Abuse of service
• Unlawful content
• Non-payment
